Hello!
We are Krista and Mamie, two clinically trained art therapists who desire more community, connection, and creation.
We have spent years facilitating the healing arts within healthcare systems and while doing that work, we witnessed the power of what art can do.
Now, we have created a space where we practice intentional and committed rituals to build deep connection with the creative within; cultivating a relationship with art, magic, and community.
We are embodied arts facilitators and artists. We are explorers in the mysterious land of process and art and the unconscious.
We notice, express, and integrate what we find.
We sharing our slow living, high sensitivity, needs lifestyle - and together, learn how to honor it.
